The Challenge
To design and manufacture the control panels quickly to deliver within tight deadlines

A refurbishment project of a plantroom that already had equipment in place and where the space for a suite of panels was pre-defined. The panels required to be delivered in sections to allow for re-assembly on site in this tight space.

The Solution
Using trusted Supply chain partners for a fast tracked solution.

With our in depth knowledge of the Total Leisure project, we created a set of designs to fulfill the brief taking into account the space constraints and electrical requirements. Using our spacious factory and highly experienced workforce we built and tested the solution in one piece, before splitting into 7 parts to deliver and re-assemble on site.

A substantial project delivered to tight timescales, whilst working with space constraints. Partnership working to enable a 2nd source of variable speed drives to assist in the commissioning phase.
