The Bensons process begins by defining exactly what you need, and our service lasts long after your control panel has been installed. Every project is different. But to give you a flavour of how we work, here is the process we use for projects. Of course, everything is flexible, so if you need to take a different approach, just let us know.

1. Define
						We take the time to fully understand your specification to recommend exactly the right solution. We can take on any challenge, making innovative recommendations to achieve your objectives.

2. Design
						We create workable designs ready for manufacture and operation. Already have your own designs? Great! We can work with those too.

3. Build
						To maintain our rigorous standards, we always use the highest quality components, tools and equipment. We’ve built close links with trusted suppliers to ensure quality at every step. In addition, our panels are built to the highest industry standards, including BS EN 61439.

4. Test and Deliver
						We test every panel prior to shipping and offer facilities for customer factory acceptance testing here at Bensons. The result is a reliable solution, ready to install.

5. Despatch
						Prior to despatching your control panel, our team clean, wrap and ship your product straight to site at showroom quality.

6. Aftercare
						Our service continues with comprehensive aftercare, including upgrades, refurbishments and modifications on-site as required. We can also provide spare parts and if you require technical documentation to support the operation of your system, we offer that too.
