Aftercare and Spares
When you choose Bensons, you’ll enjoy our ongoing support, even after your new control panel has been delivered, with our dedicated aftercare service.
On completion of each panel, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive set of ‘as-manufactured’ design information which can be upgraded to ‘as-commissioned’ drawings if required.
As standard, we archive all jobs on completion for up to five years (and longer if required), so we have ready access to a detailed record of every panel that we build. This allows us to provide you with support on any issues you may experience in the field.
We retain a backup of commissioned PLC programmes. This provides you with the peace of mind that if you change the programme on-site with unexpected results, we have a proven, working programme to restore. And for further reassurance, our engineers are experienced in providing remote support on such issues.
Through our close links with our suppliers and our own records, we have access to an unrivalled technical library of component information.
Supporting our extensive records, we hold approximately 35,000 components in our stores. This allows us to respond rapidly when you need spares, with quick turnaround site work.
