Helen Culloden
Managing DirectorAfter joining Bensons in 1987, Helen is now our managing director. With extensive experience of all parts of the business and its customers, Helen has the knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm to lead Bensons into the future.
Matthew Barton
DirectorA chartered engineer with three decades experience working in a range of sectors, Matthew is Bensons’ operations and technical director. He brings a wealth of insight to his role across the entire business.
Martin Holmes
Principal EngineerWith decades in the industry, Martin manages the Projects Team, delegating the in-house designed projects whilst also assisting with technical queries and design issues. He also heads up the Continuous Improvement and Development of our processes.
We support our workforce with training, providing opportunities for them to grow and develop with the business. Our commitment to our people is reflected in their loyalty to us – with many team members going on to make their career at Bensons.
