Spatex 2026
Spatex is the premier swimming pool industry event in the UK, bringing together the full supply chain for the swimming pool industry.
Spending the vast majority of a day at the show, it seems that the only thing you can't buy at the event is water, although I may just have been looking in the wrong place.
From a control panel manufacturer's perspective, at first viewing there isn’t much here for the likes of us, there isn't much here for us to buy and install into a control panel, and the pool equipment which is on display is generally specified by organisations further up the supply chain. This encompasses devices such as pumps, chemical dosing systems, ceramic filtration, pool covers and some frankly amazing tiling solutions. But what is here in abundance is insight and knowledge, by understanding the evolving nature of the challenges, their solutions and the enabling components which come together to provide an optimal bathing experience, we can think ahead and make plans to ensure that we are able to support forthcoming innovations and developments.
And importantly, many of our customers are here which provides opportunities to hear first-hand what is going on in the industry, their businesses and the challenges and opportunities that they are exposed to.
Common themes in the sector, actually in most of the sectors we are involved in, are around end-to-end integration of the control system and the role that the control panel manufacturer can play in this. Starting with the quotation and ending with commissioning, how can Bensons bring together the whole process to ensure that the solution developed is fully optimised to the requirements and budget of the customer from the moment it is conceived.
Looking forward to building on the already excellent collaboration we already have with many customers in this sector, to further optmise the solutions that we can offer.
