Refurbishment Complete

With a constrained amount of space to work with, and a desire to combine both function and form whilst at the same time minimising any disruption during the refurbishment works, we had some challenging objectives.

Through a process of careful planning, proactive communication and a focus on the end goal, we successfully executed our plan, and have now created an environment that everyone at Bensons can rightly be proud of.

The working environment is an often overlooked element of a business, how can you expect to attract talent and for people to be the best versions of themselves when the space that they work in is less than ideal setting?

In recent years, we have focused heavily on improving our factory, offices and infrastructure. In May of 2024 we embarked on the next phase of development, that of bringing the heart of the building up to standard. This is the area where the team enjoy their downtime, and where we meet with customers to discuss opportunities and plan projects, hence it has an important part to play in the future success of Bensons.

The outcome is that our customers and team now have access to a high-quality and effective space for collaboration, team building and downtime.
