Christmas Closure
As with previous years, we are maintaining our tradition of closing down over the Christmas and New Year period.
We take this approach with our staff's well-being at the forefront of our mind - having a full break allows the team to spend quality time with family and friends, whilst recharging their batteries for the busy year that lies ahead.
Historically, we have adopted the approach of not working on Christmas Eve, which happens to fall on a Tuesday this year. Recognising this, we decided to introduce a new initiative for the team. At the start of December, we set clear and achievable milestones for our December deliveries and preparation for January deliveries. The idea was simple: by hitting these targets, we could reward the team with a festive break, allowing them to finish work on Friday, December 20th, granting them extra time to relax and prepare for the festivities.
We are delighted to say that this new initiative has been a resounding success! The team's hard work and dedication ensured that all milestones were met, and we are thrilled to reward them with this well-deserved break.
As a result, we will officially close at 4:00 pm on Friday 20th December and will reopen at 8:30 am on Thursday 2nd January.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our team for their incredible efforts throughout the year and wish everyone a joyous and restful holiday season. Here's to starting the New Year refreshed and ready for all the new opportunities it brings!
