Bensons Panels Passes ISO 9001 Audit with Zero Non-Conformances

We are delighted to share that last week we successfully passed our most recent, six-monthly ISO 9001 audit. An impressively clean bill of health with no non-conformances and no opportunities for improvement noted, even with a new auditor who had not visited Bensons before.

Obviously, no business is ever the finished article, and we have a long list of things we can do better on which we continue to chip away at.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised quality standard which certifies that the holder has systems and processes in place to ensure the needs of customers and stakeholders are met, whilst at the same time adhering to statutory and regulatory requirements.

At Bensons Panels we have long been committed to continuously delivering a high-quality service to our customers, and also continuously finding ways to improve how we do this. Maintaining our ISO9001 accreditation is key to this.
